On behalf of Saint Anthony of Padua School, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome all families to our new website to learn about the educational experiences we provide and our supportive school community.
Saint Anthony of Padua School is a Roman Catholic school affiliated with the parish of Saint Anthony of Padua and Diocese of Cleveland, serving students in kindergarten through eighth grade from Parma and surrounding neighborhoods. Our school community is comprised of 165 families and 234 students currently enrolled for the 2018-2019 school year. As a member of the Diocese of Cleveland, Saint Anthony of Padua is an accredited non-public school with the Department of Education and the Ohio Catholic School Accreditation Association.
As a school community, we strive to celebrate our Catholic identity daily, building lifelong foundational values in accordance with the messages found in the Gospels. Each year we choose a school theme to help guide us in our mission to fulfill our calling of being God's disciples. This year our school theme, "Be the light," focuses on the significance of demonstrating our faith through daily and persistent small acts of kindness. It is through these small acts that we demonstrate our love for one another and help spread the Good News identified in Scripture. Our annual school theme is just one of the many ways we incorporate our mission into the daily Catholic identity experiences for our students.
In addition to providing a school environment rich in Catholic identity, Saint Anthony of Padua strives to provide an educational experience promoting academic excellence that instills a love of learning and prepares our students for the next chapter in their educational journey. As the world of education continues to evolve, we vow to continually reflect upon our practices to ensure we are providing instruction and curriculum aligned with high expectations, rigor, and 21st century learning.
