Annual Tuition
St. Anthony of Padua’s goal is to be accessible to all students by providing competitive pricing with no other hidden financial requirements like mandatory fundraising or minimum offertory collections. Families are responsible for the payment of tuition, technology fee, and registration fee. The technology and registration fees are requirements in the registration process, and students will not be considered registered until these fee payments have been processed.
The annual process for determining tuition is completed by the St. Anthony of Padua Parish Finance Board. Each year the finance board determines the cost per pupil and the percentage of the per pupil cost that the parish will subsidize. Based on the percentage of the per pupil cost subsidy by the parish, families are responsible for the remaining cost which is determined to be the tuition. Families with more than one student enrolled in the school may receive a discounted rate for additional children as specified in our tuition cost schedule. In the event of a tuition raise, the finance board will calibrate the subsidy to make the raise as minimal as possible, lessening the financial burden that can be associated with rising costs.
Tuition Payments
St. Anthony of Padua offers various payment options through the rectory, as long as the tuition for the year is paid in full by June 1. Every family will receive monthly billing statements through the school’s Thursday Folder. In-person payments may be submitted to the school office or may be directly dropped off at the parish rectory. We do accept credit/debit online tuition payments made through Faith Direct. Also, families may enroll in automatic monthly payments through Faith Direct.
The billing cycle for tuition payments is twelve months, beginning July 1 and ending on June 1. All fees and tuition must be paid in full by June 1 for your child to receive his or her report card.
While St. Anthony of Padua offers custom payment plans, most families opt for more traditional payment plans of full payment or monthly payments.
Families who fail to keep up with tuition payments may be subject to a meeting with the finance board, and registration for the upcoming school year may be withheld. Such cases are handled on an individual basis.
Technology and Registration Fees for 2023-2024
Upon registration, a technology fee and registration fee must be paid for each child to reserve a roster spot for the upcoming school year. These fees are non-refundable, and a child is not considered registered until the fees have been processed.
